CPI Property Group Announces Results of Tender Offers
On 6 February 2026, CPI Property Group announced the results of its recent tender offers. The Company invited holders of its Senior Notes to tender their notes for cash. The notes targeted included the EUR 750 million 2027 Notes, GBP 400 million 2028 Notes, EUR 600 million 2029 Notes, and the EUR 500 million CPIE Notes.
As a result, EUR 240.95 million of 2027 Notes, GBP 163.57 million of 2028 Notes, EUR 245.21 million of 2029 Notes, and EUR 34.1 million of CPIE Notes were tendered. The Final Acceptance Amount was set at EUR 463.548 million, with the total payable reaching EUR 500 million. No 2028 Notes were accepted.
The new issue of GBP 400 million 6.875% Senior Unsecured Green Notes satisfied the New Financing Condition. The settlement of offers is expected on 12 February 2026, with significant amounts of notes remaining outstanding post-settlement.
