CPI Property Group Holds Annual General Meeting in Luxembourg
On May 29, 2025, CPI Property Group conducted its annual general meeting in Luxembourg, with 88.52% of voting rights accounted for. During the AGM, the statutory and consolidated annual accounts were approved, alongside the allocation of financial results for 2024. The meeting also approved the remuneration report and granted discharge to the board members and the company's auditor for their duties performed in 2024.
The shareholders re-appointed several board directors, including Mirela Covașă and David Greenbaum, effective immediately, until the 2026 AGM. Managing directors appointed are David Greenbaum, Zdeněk Havelka, and Pavel Měchura, with Ernst & Young re-appointed as the company's auditor until 2026.
