GTT 2026 Annual General Meeting Overview

The Annual General Meeting of GTT, chaired by Philippe Berterottière, took place on June 16, 2026. Shareholders had the option to attend in person or via live webcast. All proposed resolutions were approved.

Notably, shareholders accepted the financial statements for 2025 and approved a dividend payout of 8.94 euros per share. An interim dividend of 4.00 euros was already distributed in December 2025, with the remaining 4.94 euros to be paid on June 19, 2026.

Additionally, the AGM endorsed the compensation policies for corporate officers for 2026, including the Chairman's policy, supported by 62.5% of votes.

The Board reappointed Philippe Berterottière as Chairman for two years and co-opted Sandra Lagumina as a director. The board now has 9 directors, maintaining AFEP-MEDEF Code standards, with 4 women and 7 independent members.
