Minutes of the 2025 GTT Combined General Meeting
On June 12, 2025, the GTT Combined General Meeting of Shareholders was held in Saint-Rémy-lès-Chevreuse. Under the chairmanship of Philippe Berterottière, shareholders attended the event in person or via an online broadcast.
Several resolutions were adopted at this meeting. Shareholders approved the 2024 annual accounts and approved a dividend of €7.50 per share, including an interim dividend already paid.
The meeting also approved the compensation of executives and directors for 2025. The co-option of Virginie Banet as director was ratified, and the mandate of Domitille Doat Le Bigot was renewed.
The board of directors remains in compliance with the recommendations of the AFEP-MEDEF code with a majority of independent members.
