Guanajuato Silver Announces Key Resignation and New Appointment

Guanajuato Silver Company Ltd. has announced the resignation of Richard Silas from his roles as VP of Corporate Development and Corporate Secretary. Though stepping down to address personal matters, Mr. Silas will remain on the Board of Directors.

The company has appointed Susana Del Rio as the new VP of Administration and Corporate Secretary. Del Rio, a graduate of the Monterrey Institute of Technology, currently leads the legal and compliance team and has held several managerial positions at GSilver over six years.

This transition is part of GSilver's continued focus on growth in its central Mexico operations, where it manages a diverse portfolio of silver and gold mining assets.
