Guanajuato Silver Releases New Technical Report for El Cubo Resource Estimate

Guanajuato Silver Company Ltd. announced the filing of a new NI 43-101 Technical Report for the El Cubo mine complex in Guanajuato, Mexico, dated August 1, 2024. This report includes updated mineral resource estimates, showing an 85% increase in inferred resources to 35.6 million silver-equivalent ounces. Furthermore, inferred mineral resource tonnes rose by 179%. Indicated mineral resources recorded a decline of only 23% after three years of significant mining activity.

The updated estimate includes both silver and gold mineralization across key geological formations. The company's ongoing exploration aims to convert inferred resources to indicated resources, with drilling efforts commencing in January 2025. Despite high potential for expansion, risks inherent to mineral exploration remain, including external economic factors and community relations challenges.
