Guillemot Corporation: Mid-2026 Financial Assessment and Strategic Developments
Guillemot Corporation reported a turnover of €49.6 million for the first half of 2026, marking a 4% decrease from the previous year. The decline was mainly attributed to the discontinuation of the T300 RS racing wheel and logistical issues in Asia. Despite a net operating loss of €0.3 million, the reversal of U.S. import tariffs provided a €3.8 million gain, slightly easing financial pressures. Inventory levels dropped by 8% since the end of 2025, reflecting improved management efficiency.
Governance changes were implemented following the passing of Claude Guillemot, with Christian Guillemot appointed as Chairman and Valentin Guillemot confirmed as CEO. The company remains committed to innovation, particularly within its Thrustmaster brand, which continues to expand its product lineup with new high-performance racing and flight simulation equipment.
The company anticipates stable turnover for the year, retaining its target of achieving an operating margin equivalent to 5% of consolidated turnover. Strategic partnerships and distribution expansion continue to be focal points for growth, especially in key regions such as APAC, Europe, and North America.
