Gulf Keystone's 2025 Payments to Governments Report

Gulf Keystone Petroleum Ltd, an independent oil and gas company, has released its 2025 report on payments to governments. The report complies with UK regulations, requiring public disclosure of payments made to governments in countries where the company operates in the extractive industry.

For 2025, Gulf Keystone reported production entitlements of approximately 5.67 million barrels and payments valued at $199.191 million to the Kurdistan Ministry of Natural Resources. Additionally, the company paid royalties in-kind valued at $40.593 million.

Further payments included $10.341 million in licence fees and capacity building arrangements. Payments exclude those below £86,000, following regulatory provisions. The report emphasizes the company's compliance and transparency regarding its operations in the Kurdistan Region of Iraq.
