Gurit Appoints Dr. Tobias Lührig as New CEO
Gurit Holding AG has announced the appointment of Dr. Tobias Lührig as its new Chief Executive Officer, effective July 1, 2025. Dr. Javier Perez-Freije, currently acting CEO and CFO, will continue his leadership role until Lührig's commencement.
Dr. Lührig brings over 20 years of leadership experience and expertise in operational efficiency and strategic realignment. His background includes a Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering and an Executive MBA from Harvard Business School. Previously, he served as CEO of Bischof+Klein International SE.
The Board of Directors has expressed gratitude to Dr. Perez-Freije for his leadership and looks forward to Lührig's contributions to Gurit's future growth and excellence.
