Halfords Group PLC Announces Director Shareholdings

Halfords Group PLC has disclosed information regarding share transactions by its senior executives. CEO Graham Stapleton purchased 4,253 ordinary 1p shares at £1.284 each, following a dividend reinvestment under the Deferred Bonus Plan. This brings his total holdings in this plan to 186,312 shares as of January 24, 2025. Additionally, Stapleton acquired 58,409 shares through the Performance Share Plan, increasing his total to 2,558,393 shares.

CFO Johanna Hartley also participated in share purchases, acquiring 32,848 shares under the Performance Share Plan at the same price, bringing her total to 1,438,799 shares. Meanwhile, Chief Customer Officer Karen Bellairs bought 1,925 shares through the Deferred Bonus Plan, totaling 84,347 shares in her possession.
