DataBeyond Launches Asia's Largest Unmanned AI Sorting Center

DataBeyond has unveiled its significant new project in Taichung, Taiwan—Asia's largest unmanned AI sorting center for mixed plastics. This innovative facility represents a major advancement in digital and intelligent waste processing, providing a model for the circular economy. The center employs cutting-edge AI technology to streamline operations and improve efficiency.

Equipped with the AI Agent Factory Management System, the Taichung facility operates with full automation, processing up to 100 tons of plastic daily. This eliminates the need for 20 sorting workers per shift and increases throughput from 2 to 10 tons per hour.

The core technology, "AI + Multi-Sensor Fusion," uses hyperspectral imaging and deep learning to distinctively identify and recycle various plastics. This initiative also supports environmental, social, and governance (ESG) standards by reducing emissions and enhancing worker safety.
