Hawthorn Resources Corp. to Rebrand as Prince Silver Corp.
Vancouver-based Hawthorn Resources Corp. announced a significant corporate transition. Effective July 11, 2025, the company will operate under the name Prince Silver Corp. This rebranding is part of a strategic share consolidation plan, converting shares on a 1:0.75 basis. Trading will commence under the new symbol "PRNC" with a revised CUSIP of 74174A102.
The company will also issue 14,807,315 consolidated shares and 7,403,650 purchase warrants, valid until December 2026. However, these financial instruments are under a hold period until October 2025 due to regulatory constraints.
This move aligns with Hawthorn’s focus on the Prince Silver Project in Nevada and reinforces expansion efforts including the Broken Handle Project in Canada.
