HBM Healthcare Completes Swixx Biopharma Transaction

HBM Healthcare Investments AG has successfully closed a transaction involving the sale of a majority equity stake in Swixx Biopharma. SK Capital Partners and Bain Capital Life Sciences are the new majority owners. Despite this sale, HBM Healthcare will retain an approximate 8% ownership in Swixx Biopharma.
