HDF: Distribution of Shares and Voting Rights as of October 31, 2025
On October 31, 2025, Hydrogen de France (HDF) announced the distribution of its shares and voting rights. The share capital consists of 14,702,454 shares. The theoretical number of voting rights is 26,652,243, of which 26,414,633 are exercisable. These figures include treasury shares, which are excluded from exercisable voting rights.
