HDF: Information on Capital and Voting Rights
On June 9, 2026, Hydrogen de France (HDF) published an update on its share capital structure and the number of voting rights. As of May 31, 2026, HDF had 14,702,454 shares comprising its share capital. The theoretical number of voting rights was 26,385,784, while the exercisable number was 26,621,468. These figures include voting rights attached to treasury shares.
In accordance with AMF requirements, the calculation of theoretical voting rights takes into account all shares, even those without voting rights. This information is available on the HDF website.
