HELIOS SOLAR AG has announced a delay in the release of its audited annual and consolidated financial statements for the period ending 30 June 2026. The delay results from a recent change in the company's financial year, shifting it from the calendar year to a period from 1 July to 30 June.

This adjustment, combined with the preparation of IFRS consolidated financial statements for the first time, has necessitated extra time for coordination, particularly with auditors in Asia and Europe. The company clarifies that the delay is not linked to any accounting discrepancies.
