Dr. Peter Laier Appointed as New CEO of FORVIA HELLA
On November 14, 2025, HELLA GmbH & Co. KGaA, also known as FORVIA HELLA, announced the appointment of Dr. Peter Laier as their new Chief Executive Officer. Dr. Laier, who was a board member at ZF Group, will officially assume his role on February 15, 2026. Until then, Bernard Schäferbarthold will remain as CEO.
Dr.-Ing. Wolfgang Ziebart, Chairman of the Shareholder Committee, expressed confidence in Dr. Laier's capabilities, highlighting his global perspective and strategic approach. The committee believes Dr. Laier's expertise will propel FORVIA HELLA's growth.
