Berlin, April 28, 2025 – HelloFresh SE announced the convening of their 2025 Annual General Meeting (AGM) on June 6, to be conducted virtually. Key agenda includes financial presentations, board discharge, auditor appointment, and a new management remuneration system proposal. The company plans to expand the Supervisory Board from five to six members. Current members, John H.
