Thomas Griesel to Step Down from HelloFresh Management Board in 2026
On September 5, 2025, HelloFresh SE announced that Thomas Griesel, co-founder and CEO International, will not extend his mandate on the Management Board beyond April 30, 2026. Griesel, who co-founded the company in 2011 with Dominik Richter, informed the Chairman of the Supervisory Board, John H. Rittenhouse, about his decision. The Supervisory Board and Management Board were immediately notified of this development.
Griesel's departure marks an end to his longstanding involvement in the company's leadership since its inception. The announcement did not specify a successor. HelloFresh's shares are listed on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange under the ticker symbol HFG, and the company is part of the Prime Standard segment.
