Helvetia and Baloise Set Merger Completion for 5 December 2025

Helvetia and Baloise have confirmed that their merger will be finalized on 5 December 2025, following the receipt of all necessary approvals. This merger, initially announced in September 2025, will involve the delisting of Baloise shares on 8 December, followed by the introduction of new Helvetia Baloise shares on the SIX Swiss Exchange on the same date.

Zürcher Kantonalbank is overseeing the transaction execution. Helvetia Baloise will release pro forma financial data and hold a conference for analysts and investors on 8 December. The Helvetia Baloise Group will then present its 2025 financial results on 15 April 2026.
