Helvetica Capital Invests in Statron AG
Swiss investors, along with former owners Peter Limacher and Pius Rogger, have acquired Statron AG. This acquisition aims at a sustainable and independent succession for the company. Statron AG specializes in developing and distributing uninterruptible power supply systems and battery solutions globally.
The consortium plans to operate Statron AG independently, enhancing the UPS systems and expanding battery storage capabilities. Peter Limacher expressed satisfaction with keeping the company under Swiss ownership. The continuity in leadership is assured with Ruben Vogelsang staying as CEO.
New Chairman Giovanni Leonardi emphasized a focus on sustainable development. The commitment from investors is to maintain Statron AG’s growth trajectory with entrepreneurial dedication.
