Helvetica Swiss Living Fund Launches Capital Increase
On June 4, 2026, Helvetica Property announced a capital increase for the Helvetica Swiss Living Fund (HSL Fund) with an issue volume of approximately CHF 41 million. Investors will receive one new unit per nine subscription rights at CHF 103.20 each. The subscription period runs from June 9 to June 19, 2026, with payment due by June 25, 2026.
Subscription rights are tradable on the SIX Swiss Exchange from June 9 to June 17. A maximum of 396,798 new units can be issued, raising the total to 3,967,982 units. Any unsubscribed units will not be issued, potentially adjusting the final volume.
The funds raised will allow for property acquisitions and renovation investments in German-speaking Switzerland, with two properties already secured outside typical bidding processes. These acquisitions will improve the fund's portfolio yield, exceeding current net returns.
