Hep global Restructures Its Management

Güglingen, 17 September 2026 – hep global Group announces a management shift as Martin Vogt assumes the role of Chief Executive Officer (CEO). Vogt replaces company founder Christian Hamann, who steps down after 17 years to focus on his new role as Chief Financial Officer (CFO). This change is part of a long-term succession plan aimed at ensuring continuity in corporate leadership.

Vogt, previously Chief Project Officer, joined the company in 2024 and was instrumental in advancing global project development. Koching on core European markets, hep global aims to strengthen its position in solar and battery storage projects.

The management team includes Georg von Eichendorff Strachwitz as Chief Operating Officer (COO) since 2021. Hamann remains involved as CFO, focusing on the financial management of the company.
