Hermès International Reports Share and Voting Rights Data as of December 2025
On January 14, 2026, Hermès International published its monthly report regarding the total number of shares and voting rights. This publication fulfills the requirements of Article L. 233-8 of the French Commercial Code and Article 223-16 of the AMF General Regulations. As of December 31, 2025, the total number of shares stood at 105,569,412. The company reported 179,250,591 theoretical voting rights, which include treasury stock, and 178,517,494 effective voting rights usable in shareholders’ meetings. These statistics have remained stable compared to the previous month. Updates of this information occur monthly to reflect any variations.
