Hexaom: Declaration of Voting Rights for August 2025

Hexaom has published its monthly statement regarding the number of shares comprising its share capital and the total number of voting rights. This statement is in accordance with Article 223-16 of the General Regulations of the Autorité des Marchés Financiers (AMF).

As of August 31, 2025, the number of shares making up the company's capital stands at 6,937,593. The total number of theoretical voting rights is 10,707,823. Furthermore, the total number of exercisable voting rights reaches 10,622,903. These figures include shares deprived of voting rights.

In accordance with Article 223-11 of the AMF General Regulations, the calculation of theoretical voting rights takes into account all shares, whether exercisable or not.
