Hexaom Reports 2025 Half-Year Revenue of EUR 305.4 Million

Hexaom's financial results for the first half of 2025 reflect the ongoing challenges in the property sector. Revenue reached €305.4 million, representing a 26.8% year-over-year decline. This downturn aligns with a cyclical low in production, anticipated in the company's annual forecast.

The Home Building segment experienced the most significant drop, with revenue falling by 34.4%. Meanwhile, the Renovation division saw a decrease of 21.6%. Conversely, the Real Estate Development segment thrived, reporting a 65% increase in revenue, supported by a favorable sales environment.

Despite the challenges, Hexaom remains optimistic about future prospects, as indicated by strong order intakes in the Home Building sector and strategic diversification efforts that are expected to soften revenue declines throughout the year.
