HF COMPANY: End of the liquidity contract with GILBERT DUPONT
HF COMPANY announced the termination of its liquidity contract with GILBERT DUPONT. This contract, initially entered into on April 1, 2021, ended on April 15, 2026, after the close of the financial markets. At the contract's closure, the liquidity account held a balance of 22,739 shares and €47,880.67 in cash.
The latest half-yearly statement, dated December 31, 2025, showed a balance of 26,179 shares and €33,032.83 in cash. By comparison, when the initial contract was established on April 1, 2019, the liquidity account held 15,354 shares and €58,650.34 in cash.
