Documents for the HighCo general meeting made available

HighCo announced that the preparatory documents for its combined general meeting, scheduled for May 19, 2025 at 11:00 a.m., are now available. The meeting will be held at the company's head office in Aix-en-Provence. The preliminary notices, published in the BALO, detail the agenda, resolutions, and participation procedures.

Shareholders can view these documents on the HighCo website. Article R.22-10-23 of the French Commercial Code guarantees access to them. All information relating to the meeting is available in accordance with applicable legal requirements.

HighCo, listed on Euronext Paris, continues to inform its shareholders about its performance, notably through the publication of its quarterly gross margins and its half-year results.
