Evolution of HighCo's shareholding structure in the first half of 2026

HighCo has published an update on its shareholding structure for the months of January to May 2026. The total number of shares comprising the share capital remains stable at 20,455,403. However, a change in the number of shares without voting rights is observed. As of May 31, 2026, 623,850 shares are without voting rights, compared to 1,071,290 a month earlier.

Theoretical voting rights have not undergone significant changes, while exercisable voting rights have increased from 21,122,375 on April 30 to 21,569,991 on May 31, 2026.

This stability reflects HighCo's prudent management of its shareholding, in accordance with the AMF's regulatory framework. HighCo continues to publish its financial results regularly, thereby strengthening transparency towards its shareholders.
