HighCo: Shareholding Update

HighCo has disclosed details on its shareholding status as of March 31, 2026. The total number of shares stands at 20,455,403, with 1,077,151 shares without voting rights, primarily treasury shares. The total theoretical voting rights amount to 22,226,551, while the actual voting rights exercisable at the shareholders’ meeting are 21,149,400.

The trend over the previous months shows a slight increase in the number of shares without voting rights, from 1,061,579 in December 2025 to 1,077,151 in March 2026. Despite this, the number of actual voting rights has decreased marginally over the same period.

HighCo is classified under Euronext Paris compartment C, with eligibility for SME equity savings plans. The company’s upcoming financial publication includes the Q1 2026 gross profit announcement scheduled for April 22, 2026.
