HighCo: Summary of Transactions in Own Shares
From November 17 to 21, 2025, HighCo carried out several transactions on its own shares. These transactions were conducted on the Euronext Paris market, under the financial instrument code FR0000054231.
On November 17 and 18, the company acquired 3,000 shares per day, at an average price of €3.99 and €4.00 respectively. On November 19, 2,034 shares were purchased at an average price of €4.01, followed by an acquisition of 3,000 shares on November 21 at €3.97 per share.
