High Tide Resources Announces Private Placements
High Tide Resources Corp. announced a non-brokered private placement, comprising LIFE Offering and Non-LIFE Offering, to raise a minimum of $4,875,000 and a maximum of $6,225,000. The LIFE Offering includes LIFE HD Units at $0.20 and CFT Units at $0.27, requiring a minimum sale of 7,500,000 LIFE HD Units and 12,500,000 CFT Units. Each LIFE HD Unit consists of one common share and half a warrant, while each CFT Unit includes a common share issued as a flow-through share and half a warrant.
The company also plans a concurrent non-brokered placement of up to 2,000,000 Non-LIFE Units for $0.20 each, raising potentially $400,000. This strategy aims to fund a drill program and support the Labrador West Iron Project. These placements are scheduled to close by February 25, 2026, subject to regulatory approval.
