Highlander Silver Announces Promising Drill Results at Bonita Open Pit

Highlander Silver Corp. released promising initial drill results from the Bonita Open Pit target at its San Luis gold-silver project in Central Peru. Drill assays from the first seven holes revealed high-grade gold and silver mineralization over broad widths starting near the surface.

Highlights include hole BOD-003 with 14.5 meters at 3.70 grams per tonne (g/t) gold and 17.47 g/t silver, and hole BOD-008 yielding 23.1 meters at 4.92 g/t gold and 16.56 g/t silver. The drilling program has completed 13 holes thus far with one drill rig, and regulatory approval for a second rig has been secured.
