Highlander Silver Corp. (TSX:HSLV) has announced the successful approval of all matters presented during its annual general meeting of shareholders on June 12, 2025. Key approvals include setting the number of directors at six and electing the Company's six nominated directors. Additionally, Davidson & Company LLP was re-appointed as auditors, and the Company's stock option plan was approved.
The directors elected with full support (100%) were Richard Warke, Daniel Earle, Federico Velasquez, Javier Toro, and Thomas Whelan, with Jerrold Annett securing 96.16% of votes. This strong backing exemplifies confidence in the leadership and strategic direction of Highlander Silver.
