HLEE Group Reports Stable 2024 Results Amid Challenges

Highlight Event and Entertainment AG released its 2024 annual report showing stable financial performance despite production challenges. Consolidated sales fell to CHF 404.1 million from CHF 421.4 million the previous year. EBIT decreased to CHF -13.6 million compared to CHF -3.5 million in 2023. The equity ratio declined to 26.3%, with total assets slightly up at CHF 806.9 million.

In the film segment, HLEE released seven movies in Germany, with notable titles like “Chantal and the Magic Kingdom” ranking among the top 20 films. For the sports and events segment, TEAM Marketing concluded the UEFA club competitions business cycle, while Sport1 Medien AG focused on content optimization.

Looking forward, the Board of Directors anticipates planning challenges due to economic factors and political crises. However, a robust cinema lineup and strategic initiatives in the sports segment, including expanded cooperation with ACUNMEDYA, are expected to support future growth.
