Hillcrest Energy Technologies Partners with Equipmake for ZVS Integration

Hillcrest Energy Technologies Ltd. has announced a Letter of Intent with Equipmake plc to integrate its Zero Voltage Switching (ZVS) technology into Equipmake's electric powertrain platforms. This collaboration aims to leverage Equipmake's established market channels and Hillcrest's promising ZVS technology, which has demonstrated 99.7% peak inverter efficiency during independent testing.

Equipmake, a UK-based developer, specializes in high-performance powertrain systems, serving diverse sectors such as automotive and aerospace. The partnership intends to combine Equipmake's industry expertise with Hillcrest's technological innovations, potentially speeding up the commercial deployment of the ZVS technology.

The LOI outlines a jointly funded program over 24 months, subject to the execution of a definitive agreement within 90 days. Hillcrest will retain technology rights, while Equipmake could receive preferential licensing terms upon successful integration.
