Hoffmann Green Cement successfully raises €5 million to boost its growth
On June 19, 2026, Hoffmann Green Cement Technologies completed a €5 million capital increase through a private placement with qualified investors. This transaction aims to strengthen the company's capacity to support its rapid growth and expand its investments in research and development.
The funds raised will notably support increased production and initiate the preliminary stages of the construction of a new production site in Rhône-Alpes, planned for 2029. Hoffmann Green has also launched its new H-CLAY® technology focused on clay.
Investors Vatel Capital, Fideas Capital, and Fastea Capital participated in this initiative, without any related governance agreement. The price of the issued shares is €3.70, representing a 7.7% discount compared to the last three trading sessions.
