Hoffmann Green Partners with CSBT for Clinker-Free Cement

Hoffmann Green Cement Technologies has announced a partnership with CSBT Environnement, aiming to transform scallop shell waste into a resource for producing 0% clinker cement. This collaboration seeks to tackle the environmental issue posed by uncontrolled scallop shell waste in coastal regions. By mechanically processing these shells, CSBT Environnement extracts marine calcium carbonate with a 99% purity level, suitable for industrial use.

The integration of this bio-based material into Hoffmann Green's clinker-free cements exemplifies significant innovation. This partnership not only reduces waste but also supports decarbonization initiatives within the construction sector. CSBT ensures a steady raw material supply, strengthening the value chain with Hoffmann Green.
