Hopium: New strategic decisions and strengthening of governance
On June 6, 2025, in Saint-Bonnet-de-Mure, Hopium held its Combined General Meeting. Under the chairmanship of Stéphane Rabatel, the shares achieved a quorum of 36%, with over 99% of all resolutions adopted. Shareholders voted to relocate the head office to Saint-Bonnet-de-Mure, a low-carbon site integrating R&D, test benches, and fuel cell assembly.
Stéphane Rabatel's term has been renewed, as have those of three directors. Hopium has also appointed Anne-Cécile Mathon-Montes as an independent director. With 15 years of experience in mobility and technological innovation, she brings valuable expertise to strengthen governance and support R&D initiatives.
