HOPIUM reveals its current share capital structure
On June 2, 2026, HOPIUM, a cleantech company focused on decarbonizing heavy transport, disclosed the total number of voting rights and shares comprising its share capital. As of May 29, 2026, the number of shares stood at 597,106, and the number of exercisable voting rights was 597,202,849.
It should be noted that 96,656 shares carry double voting rights. In May 2026, 36,097,918 new shares were issued under a financing agreement with Atlas Special Opportunities. This included the conversion of 25 bonds for a nominal amount of €250,000, as well as the payment of €19,919 in interest offsetting.
