HOPIUM: Update on voting rights and shares

On July 6, 2026, HOPIUM published its monthly share capital data. The company, specializing in the decarbonization of heavy transport, indicated that as of July 1, 2026, the total number of shares stood at 862,933. The theoretical and exercisable voting rights amounted to 863,030,180.

HOPIUM specified that 96,656 shares carry double voting rights. The financing in partnership with Atlas Special Opportunities, established in January 2025, resulted in the issuance of 265,827,331 new shares in June 2026. Within this framework, 120 bonds were converted into shares for a nominal amount of €1.2 million, while the interest payments of €84,780.89 were also converted into shares.
