HÖRMANN Industries Reports 2025 Financial Performance

HÖRMANN Industries GmbH announced its 2025 financial results, showing a sales increase to EUR 697.4 million and an EBIT of EUR 30.4 million, both surpassing previous year figures. This growth results from efficiency improvements and portfolio optimization. Despite a challenging market, the Automotive division achieved a notable turnaround. For 2026, sales are forecasted to range between EUR 700 million and EUR 760 million, with EBIT expected to match 2025 levels.

The Group maintained profitability and expanded cash flow to EUR 39.9 million. The Communication division significantly contributed to earnings with an EBIT of EUR 35.3 million. Conversely, the Intralogistics division faced challenges, reporting an EBIT loss but sees future potential in innovative products like "SECTRO." The Engineering division reported lower-than-expected earnings due to a major customer's insolvency but anticipates growth in 2026.
