Hot Rocks Investments Acquires More Warrants in The Smarter Web Company
Hot Rocks Investments plc has announced the acquisition of 100,000 additional warrants in The Smarter Web Company plc. This transaction involves purchasing these warrants at £1 each. These allow Hot Rocks to subscribe for new ordinary shares in The Smarter Web Company at 2.5p per warrant, exercisable after 12 months from admission to AQUIS and for two further years.
The Smarter Web Company, a UK-based web design firm, trades on the AQUIS and OTCQB Venture Market. It recently raised £29.3 million, affirming its digital asset treasury policy, which includes bitcoin, aimed at enhancing long-term business value.
Hot Rocks now holds 160,000 warrants in The Smarter Web Company. The firm continues to explore new investment opportunities, targeting different sectors like web-based businesses and natural resource exploration.
