Hot Rocks Investments plc has announced an increase in their equity raise to £450,000. This development follows additional demand, prompting the issuance of 6,666,667 new Ordinary Shares. These shares will be issued on the same terms as previously announced on 4 July 2025.
An application is pending for these shares to be admitted to the Aquis Stock Exchange AQSE Growth Market, with trading expected to begin around 11 July 2025 at 8:00 am. The new shares will rank equally with the existing shares.
Consequent to this admission, the company's total share capital will be 234,252,222 Ordinary Shares, each valued at 0.1 pence. This total will serve as the baseline for shareholders to assess their voting rights under FCA regulations.
