Hot Rocks Investments plc Expands Equity Base

Hot Rocks Investments plc has raised £375,000 through the issuance of 33,333,333 new ordinary shares at 1.125p each. Charles Vaughan now holds 5,288,889 shares, representing 2.3% of the company's capital. Woodland Capital Limited invested £113,500 for 10,088,889 new shares, increasing their total to 11,888,889 shares.

Managing Director Gavin Burnell holds 63,178,887 shares, or 27.7% of the share capital. He has expressed optimism about expanding the company's portfolio with emerging growth companies. The new shares are set for trading on the Aquis Stock Exchange by 11 July 2025.

The total share capital now stands at 227,585,555 shares. Directors' involvement in the share issue is classified as a related party transaction, deemed fair under AQSE rules.
