Woodland Capital Acquires Shares in Hot Rocks Investments
On April 29, 2026, Hot Rocks Investments plc announced significant share acquisitions by Woodland Capital Limited. Woodland Capital purchased 1,850,000 and 855,259 ordinary shares at 1.1p and 1.35p per share on April 27, and an additional 1,000,000 shares at 1.45p per share on April 29, 2026.
