Baverez Hotels reveal a change in governance
On December 17, 2025, the Board of Directors of Baverez Hotels announced the resignation of Ms. Françoise Baverez from her position as Chair. This decision will take effect after the Annual General Meeting approving the financial statements for the 2025 fiscal year.
