Inga Stein-Barthelmes Appointed Managing Director of HOWOGE Wohnungsbaugesellschaft
Berlin, 9th February 2026 – The supervisory board of HOWOGE Wohnungsbaugesellschaft mbH has appointed Inga Stein-Barthelmes as a managing director. She will join the management board and take on responsibilities in the technical areas by 1st April 2026, succeeding Ulrich Schiller.
Inga Stein-Barthelmes, born in Berlin and an economist by training, comes from PD GmbH where she served in leading roles, focusing on consultancy services for the public sector. Her experience covers major construction projects, emphasizing sustainable methods in estate and urban development.
She will lead the company with Jörg Kotzenbauer, overseeing areas such as asset management and school construction. With her expertise, the company aims to strengthen its growth strategy, emphasized by supervisory board chair Dr Jürgen Allerkamp.
