Changes within the board of directors of PROACTIS SA
On April 14, 2026, PROACTIS SA announced the restructuring of its board of directors. Rebecca Archer and Phil Dennant were appointed directors, replacing Charlotte Carter and Peter Shepherd respectively, both of whom resigned.
Rebecca Archer, who joined Proactis in 2025, is a chartered accountant and a graduate of Oxford University. She has a long and distinguished career spanning over twenty years, having worked at Deloitte, RM plc, and Namene Solar. Her expertise in business transformation, acquired at Science Group plc, will be a valuable asset to Proactis.
As for Phil Dennant, who joined the company in 2021, he is currently Director of Financial Planning and Strategic Analysis, a key role for Proactis' growth. Shareholders will vote on these appointments at the Annual General Meeting.
