PROACTIS SA Announces Board Restructuring with New Appointments

On May 1, 2026, PROACTIS SA announced key changes to its Board of Directors during a meeting held on April 14, 2026. Rebecca Archer has been appointed as a Director, replacing Charlotte Carter. Archer, a Chartered Accountant with a degree from the University of Oxford, joined Proactis in 2025. Her extensive experience, including roles at Deloitte and RM plc, will be valuable in her new position.

Phil Dennant, who joined Proactis in 2021, also steps into a Directorship, taking over from Peter Shepherd. Dennant is currently the Director of FP&A at Proactis and brings significant expertise from his tenure in major UK-listed companies. Both appointments are subject to shareholder approval at the next Annual General Meeting for the fiscal year ended January 31, 2026.

These changes result in a new board composition, including Chairman Andrew Reardon and Director Maria Larsen, with mandates expiring in either 2028 or 2030.
